    Calling daily (80 to 100 calls)existing clients and cold calling new clients to produce highquality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets andprofitability goals.

    To provide a high level of sales support byensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient professionaland timely manner.

    Key Skills and Responsibilities(Must Have)Candidate must have at least 1 year work experience in call center(sales tele sales telemarketing outbound upselling etc.) Must befriendly and with outgoing personality Daily contacting potentialor existing customers to inform them about a product or serviceusing scripts 80 to 100 calls daily& introductoryemail .

    Identify opportunities produce leads and book appointmentsfor the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads. Mustbe able to deal with technical product information Proactivelyfollow up leads generated from canvassing by the account managers.
    Answering questions about products and the company to understandcustomer requirements. Enter and update customer information in thedatabase Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitatefuture sales Keep records of calls and sales and note usefulinformation Maintaining fruitful relationships with existingcustomers Researching organizations and individuals online(especially on social media) identify new leads and potential newmarkets Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Attendingconferences meetings and industry events Preparing PowerPointpresentations and sales displays Developing quotes and proposalsMore jobson
