    Black & Grey HR isrecruiting for a leading company in the events industry who arelooking to find a highly skilled HR Administrator who is proficientin Odoo HRMS.

    This role is crucial for someone with a keen eye fordetail and a deep understanding of HR management systems.

    As an HRAdministrator you will be responsible for enhancing the HRfunctions using the Odoo platform and ensuring the efficientmanagement of HR tasks particularly in the dynamic environment ofthe eventsindustry.


    KeyResponsibilities:
    Administer andoptimize the Odoo HRMS to manage all HR activitieseffectively.
    Overseeadministrative HR responsibilities ensuring organizationaleffectiveness and compliance with UAE laborlaws.
    Handle mass freelancehiring for events coordinating closely with variousdepartments.
    Manage contracts andmaintain uptodate accuratedocumentation.
    Perform data entrytasks and maintain meticulous HRrecords.
    Generate reports on HRmetrics to aid in decisionmakingprocesses.
    Collaborate in thedevelopment and refinement of HR policies andprocedures.

    Requirements

    Minimum of 3 years of HR administration experience with specificexpertise in the events industry.
    A strong background in HRMS particularlyOdoo.
    Proven track record ofmanaging HR systems and ensuring compliance with UAE laborlaws.
    Excellent organizationalskills with the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
    Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills capable of fostering acollaborative workenvironment.
