    To use a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts and think creatively devising new ways of communicating with established and potential customers.

    Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production productivity quality and customerservice standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

    Focus on identifying new business opportunities that fit the strategic direction of the organization and maximizing the outcomes of those opportunities.

    Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that any directly relevant information is communicated to key stakeholders.

    Develop and implement Public Relations Strategies to position the organization as the health care provider of choice for the UAE and the region.

    Develop relationships with businesses and community groups to promote the health care services. Create and be accountable for all client proposals contracts and associated documentation. Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing Team to monitor and analyze organization media exposure.

    Develop draft and distribute media releases/advertisements that meet the marketing strategy of the organization and that comply with set policy guidelines.

    Plan and execute events (public awareness campaigns media and publicity campaigns staff annual function and social responsibility projects) in coordination with the other departments within the organization.

    Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

    Determines annual and grossprofit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs competition supply and demand.

    Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning developing implementing and evaluating advertising promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.

    Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market competitors share and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

    Improves brand marketability and profitability by researching identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
