    The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education in line with British curriculum standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Strategic Vision:

    Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategic direction for the school in alignment with British educational standards and best practices.

    Provide inspiring leadership to all stakeholders, including students, staff, parents, and the wider community, fostering a shared commitment to the school's mission and values.

    Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and initiatives that promote excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across all aspects of school life.


    Educational Leadership and Curriculum Development:


    Ensure the effective implementation of the British National Curriculum across all primary and secondary grade levels, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

    Promote a holistic approach to education that nurtures the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of students.

    Oversee the development and review of curriculum frameworks, instructional practices, and assessment strategies to enhance student outcomes and meet the diverse needs of learners.


    Staff Management and Professional Development:


    Recruit, retain, and effectively deploy qualified and dedicated teaching and administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

    Provide mentorship, coaching, and ongoing professional development opportunities to support the professional growth and wellbeing of all staff members.
    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards of teaching, leadership, and job performance.


    Student Welfare and Pastoral Care:


    Prioritize the welfare, safety, and wellbeing of students, promoting a positive and inclusive school environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and supported.

    Oversee the implementation of pastoral care programs, behavioral management strategies, and student support services to address the diverse social, emotional, and academic needs of students.


    Community Engagement and Partnerships:


    Foster strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community, ensuring open communication, collaboration, and active engagement in school activities and initiatives.

    Cultivate partnerships with local organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to enhance learning opportunities, resources, and enrichment programs for students.


    Qualifications:
    A Master's degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification from a recognized authority.

    Proven experience in educational leadership roles, including significant experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a British curriculum school setting.

    Thorough understanding of the British National Curriculum, assessment frameworks, and educational standards.
    Strong leadership qualities, including vision, integrity, resilience, and effective decision-making skills.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

    Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the school community.
    Experience in budget management, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
    Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not required.
