Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the fabrication process, including cutting, welding, and finishing, to maintain high-quality standards.
Production Planning:
Coordinate production schedules, prioritize tasks, and optimize workflow to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of fabrication machinery and tools to maximize efficiency and safety.
Safety Compliance:
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all team members.
Training and Development:
