We are seeking an experienced real estate sales agent with a minimum of two years of proven success in the UAE market.

As a sales agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:_

Prospect for potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct property viewings, provide detailed information about properties, and negotiate sales contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.
Prepare and present offers to clients, facilitate negotiations, and close sales in a timely manner.
Requirements:_
Minimum of two years of experience as a real estate sales agent in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.
Indepth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including property types, locations, and pricing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
