Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal bank departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests,Provide operational and administrative support to enhance overall client experience across Corporate and Investment Banking clients,Attend to client service requests, issues, and grievances, coordinating with relevant internal teams to deliver solutions within agreed SLAs.
