    We are seeking a professional and friendlyFront office executive with social media marketing expertise tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managingour front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety ofadministrative and social media marketingtasks.

    PrimaryResponsibilities:

    Greet andwelcome guests and visitors.

    Answer screen andforward incoming phone calls and emails.

    Ensurereception area pantry and office premises are tidy andpresentable.

    Provide basic and accurateinformation inperson and via phone/email.

    Receivesort and distribute dailymail/deliveries.

    Social MediaResponsblities :

    Oversee all thecompanys social media accounts.

    Manage andimprove online content considering SEO and GoogleAnalytics.

    Good knowledge of all differentdigital marketing channels

    Good knowledge andexperience with online marketing tools and bestpractices

    handson experience with SEO/SEM GoogleAnalytics

    Requirements:

    2 years experience as aReceptionist Front Office Representative or digitalmarketing

    Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice

    Handson experience with officeequipment

    Professional attitude andappearance

    Solid written and verbal communicationskills in English

    Excellent organizational andinterpersonal skills

    Multitasking andtimemanagement skills with the ability to prioritizetasks

    Customer serviceattitude

    Worklocation Ras al Khaimah
