- Own the lifecycle management ofEtisalat's global managed ICT and Internet servicesdelivered to customers.
- Lead development of newor enhanced servicesby:
- Analyzing/understandingthe market
- Determining feasibility andprioritization of new services
- Writing marketand product requirements
- Complete product ordeal financial models/businesscases
- Specifically bring new ideas in the areasof managed ICT services (SDWAN, ITFS, Managed WAN, collaboration),end-to-end customer solutions, vertical solutions and customerjourneys.
- Havefull understanding of Global Data, Voice and Managed ICT servicesand offerings in both primary and secondarymarkets.
- Responsible for planning, expansionand development of global ICT roadmap in line with marketrequirements
- Liaise with Product development tocreate product/service solutions that entirely fulfill customerneeds/requirements and manage product life cycle of global ICTservices
- Oversee Product Launch activities andplans to ensure continuous improvements and success of productlaunches.
- Strong presentation and persuasionskills – ability to present products and services to CxOlevel executives.
- Responsible for forecastingdemand and revenue for global ICT services and performancereporting
- Enhances the services to meet thegrowing customer demands and provide customized solutions forproducts and services in order to meet revenuetargets

- and review policies, procedures andguidelines for the Product and monitors and supervise theirimplementation

- Lead creationof E2E Global Services ecosystem that includes revamping existingprocesses, creating new tools, financial and regulatory approvalsand onboarding of new MS/ICT vendors
- Translatecustomer requirements into business requirements and defineend-to-end techno commercial proposition
- Createsolution bundles and fill in gaps within portfolio to optimizerevenues
- Planning and executing E2E GTMActivities with relevant teams
