- Responds to all incoming callscomplying with Fairmont standards, and transfers them to theappropriate destination.
- Takes fullaccountability for all internal and external guest requests,transmitting the information to the responsibledepartment.
- Logs all requests and ensurestimely follow up to ensure a seamless service experience forguests.
- Ensures all wake-up calls areaccurately logged and executed.
- Ensures thatall telephone extension lists are maintained and updatedregularly.
- Have a full working knowledge ofemergency procedures; ensuring telephones are answered whilstcoordinating communication until finalevacuation.
- Adheres to and promotes all CompanyHealth & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safework environment.
- Handles emergency line andelevators emergency alarms, working alongside Engineering toschedule regular maintenance checks.
- Receivesand distributes faxes, voice messages and written messages forguests and internal departments.
- Possesses afull command of the systems needed to deliver the Royal Serviceexperience (necessary training will beprovided).
- Maintains knowledge of allfacilities, services and promotions in order to respond confidentlyand effectively to inquiries.
- Proactively workswith other teams as part of a guest-centric community, caring forguests and colleagues alike.
