    • General HRresponsibilities
    • be the first line of contactfor HR queries via email, messenger, telephone or in-person,coordinating responses to incoming queries in a timelymanner.
    • Admin support for senior members of HRteam i.e. HR Director
    • Compensation and Benefitssupport
    • Monthly payroll inputs managingvariations, deductions, salary advances, loans and supportingdocumentation.
    • Put in place maternity leaveschedules
    • admin support for annual salaryreviews
    • support with well-beingevents
    • Be the guardian of HR information systemdata
    • Ensure information within My Work Life isup to date.
    • provide My WorklifeTraining
    • Produce reports and analysis/ HRDashboards requested. Produce quarterly and as required holiday andsickness utilization reports. Collate Exit Interview data andtrends analysis.
    • Produce supportingdocumentation for promotions, job changes and secondments. Changesto contract, reduction/ increase in hours,sabbaticals.
    • Maintain electronic employeepersonal files
    • Provide nationalisationinitiative support
    • support with disciplinaryhearings/ note taking/ letter productionetc
    • New joineronboarding
    • Leaveroffboarding
