- General HRresponsibilities
- be the first line of contactfor HR queries via email, messenger, telephone or in-person,coordinating responses to incoming queries in a timelymanner.
- Admin support for senior members of HRteam i.e. HR Director
- Compensation and Benefitssupport
- Monthly payroll inputs managingvariations, deductions, salary advances, loans and supportingdocumentation.
- Put in place maternity leaveschedules
- admin support for annual salaryreviews
- support with well-beingevents
- Be the guardian of HR information systemdata
- Ensure information within My Work Life isup to date.
- provide My WorklifeTraining
- Produce reports and analysis/ HRDashboards requested. Produce quarterly and as required holiday andsickness utilization reports. Collate Exit Interview data andtrends analysis.
- Produce supportingdocumentation for promotions, job changes and secondments. Changesto contract, reduction/ increase in hours,sabbaticals.
- Maintain electronic employeepersonal files
- Provide nationalisationinitiative support
- support with disciplinaryhearings/ note taking/ letter productionetc
- New joineronboarding
- Leaveroffboarding
