Description

We are searching for an engaging
assistant barista/Cashier with experience and passion for food and beverage preparation and service.

You will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and serve food and drinks.

You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

To succeed as an applicant, you should be committed to providing customers with excellent service. You should be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.


Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Extend prompt services to all guests and treat guests and colleagues in a courteous manner.
• Prepare high quality coffee, foods, sandwiches or baked goods, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
• Packaging food and beverages for sale.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Receive and process payments.
• Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages in the outlet according to the standard of the restaurant.
• Offering trend setting and innovative products and services, contribute to sales activities and assist in maximizing revenue.
• Ensure all hygiene standards are met and kept within the outlet environment.
• Ensure all opening and closing checklists are complied with at all times.
• Proper shift handovers to inform colleagues about what happened in the shift and what is important for the rest of the day/week.
• Experience in brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to ensure quality.
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
• Working as part of a fun, highenergy team.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
• Attend all F&B menu item related trainings
• Support and provide assistance to other outlets whenever necessary.
• Planning and organising tasks, people and supplies.
• An excellent command of English, proficiency in any other language is a plus.
• A high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
• Warm, lively and energetic personality while being customer focused.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
