Duties will include providing administrative support and assistance to the company in the implementation and monitoring of regulatory risk and compliance procedures ensuring all actions fall under the appropriate laws and regulations and internal procedures:

Monitoring and design of corporate governance, regulatory and legal policies, procedures, systems, controls, and checks to identify and mitigate risk.

Evaluate policies/procedures, ensuring that they are in line with all regulations, and any new regulations passed by government bodies.
Assist the company to ensure that there is a robust compliance control system in place by conducting regulatory audits.

Conduct spot checks in line with regulatory frameworks, such as identifying and investigating issues or trends which may adversely affect business compliance and propose any necessary action to promote business improvement.

Responsible for client onboarding for all jurisdictions for new and existing clients.
Conducts compliance related activities such as background checks and risk assessments for client structures and maintains client due diligence.

Assist with external reporting requirements, informing the relevant authorities about financial crime information and suspicious activities of entities and individuals.

Assist with the maintenance of compliance registers (including PEP, Incident and Errors, Record and monitor compliance and or regulatory breaches).

Assist in drafting and amending the company's compliance policies and procedures and recommend appropriate steps to improve its ongoing effectiveness.

Acting as limited authorized signatory in respect of risk assessments.
Any other related duties that may be required by the senior management from time to time.
Implement company's AML compliance program, ensuring that employees are educated and trained in regulations and industry practices.


Pay:
AED9, AED15,000.00 per month


Experience:

• 4 years Compliance and MLRO (required)

License/Certification:

• CAMS Certificate (required)
