Operations Efficiency Controller Jobs In Dubai | Emirates CarJob Responsibilities:

Undertake the development and refinement of the Long, medium, and short-term planning of all the Airport Resources based on the published Operating plans and up-to-date engagement standards.

The role holder will analyze the proposed planning scenarios and make recommendations to the line managers of various 'what if' scenarios prepared with Resource Management System.

Conduct periodical reviews of business engagement standards used in Planning in response to service improvement initiatives.

Develop and train the Roster & Leave Planning team imparting company processes, knowledge, technical skills, and experience to ensure continuity of expertise within the section.

Process the pre-planning of resources in the short term to ensure adequate resourcing in anticipation of operational changes. Review performance trends and take corrective action for Re-planning.


Job Requirements:
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)Airport Operations. Passenger Handling 5+ YearsBachelor's degree in Operational Research, Statistics, Data Science, or similar numerical withpreferably a post-graduate qualification
