JobDetails

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysisto understand and report on the financial performance of thebusiness.
• Develop financial models and conductbenchmarking to support financial planning andforecasting.
• Use advanced Excel skills toanalyze large amounts of data and generate insightfulreports.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturingcosts, identify trends, and make recommendations forimprovements.
• Participate in the monthlyfinancial close process, ensuring accurate and timelyreporting.
• Perform variance analysis andprepare detailed reports explaining the causes of anydiscrepancies.
• Collaborate with theFP&A team to develop budgets and financialforecasts.
• Assist in the preparation ofpresentations and reports for seniormanagement.
• Continually improve the financialreporting process by identifying and implementing processimprovements.
• Ensure compliance with financialregulations and standards.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 2years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably withinthe engineering or manufacturingindustry.
• Strong knowledge of financialanalysis, variance analysis, and manufacturingaccounting.
• Proficiency in using advanced Excelfunctions for financial analysis andreporting.
• Experience with financial planningand analysis (FP&A).
• Proven ability toprepare accurate monthly financialreports.
• Exceptional analytical skills with theability to analyze large amounts of data and provide actionableinsights.
• Excellent communication skills, withthe ability to present complex financial information in anunderstandable manner.
• Strong attention todetail, with a commitment to producing high-qualitywork.
• Ability to work independently and as partof a team, managing multiple tasks and meetingdeadlines.
