    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer - pre- and Sales at ePaper Ltd. located in Dubai. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for pre and post-sales activities including troubleshooting, analyzing and solving customer problems, and delivering an excellent customer service experience.

    Qualifications

    • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent Customer Support and Customer Service skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to provide pre-sales support to customers
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in a technical support role
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Experience in printing solutions or device management software is a must.
