We are looking for passionate and dynamic real estate sales agents, offering them with a competitive salary and attractive commission structure, in the primary/ off-plan sector, to aid in the selling process of the properties by attracting quality potential buyers.

Job requirements:

  • Fluent in speaking English (Multi language speaker is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills, along with a confident persuasive personality
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a fast learner
  • Having good time management and organizational skills
  • Having experience in the real estate industry is required (at least 1 year) / strong background knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market
  • Available in Dubai
  • Willing to join immediately
Must have at least 1-year experience in Real Estate in Dubai

Tele-calling skills

Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills are highly required

High follow up with clients is required

Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently

Must be ambitious and hard-working, strong work ethic, professional, organized, and presentable are highly required
