    ITP Luxury a division within ITP Media Group is seeking a highly motivated person to join our team. The Circulation & Distribution Manager requires a strong background in departmental operations as well as a background in application of circulation and distribution models. The position is responsible for the management and oversight of all areas within the circulation department including home delivery single subscriptions corporate subscriptions expanding distribution channels planning visibility and budgeting.

    The Circulation & Distribution Manager will proactively and systematically monitor newsstands distribution with the help of the distribution partner along with identifying and breaking new business developing strategic plans for driving circulation / increasing sales of both print and digital copies. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the advertising sales teams across brands to tap opportunities for driving circulation.



    Requirements

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Manage distribution of 8 ITP Luxury brands print digital publications
    • Monitor and manage subscriber databases ensuring accurate and uptodate subscriber information
    • Coordinate with vendors and distributors to ensure timely delivery of publications to subscribers newsstands and other distribution channels
    • Work with the management team of ITP Luxury to achieve company objectives
    • Manage distribution marketing budgets; lead in successful marketing plans that support audience growth for paid circulation and create monthly marketing analyses and ROI reports on all efforts
    • Implement strategies to target new customers and take advantage of sales and revenue opportunities to increase circulation of all publications
    • Lead and own all market related needs of the company Distributor retailers clients and individuals
    • Action all the market related plans with respect to distribution and visibility of our brands
    • Competitive tracking and analysis to identify and pursue target accounts
    • Strategize with commercial team and senior management to grow overall circulation revenue
    • Prospect and identify digital sales leads and opportunities
    • Work with ad sales and marketing team to create and package print and digital solutions and opportunities to drive circulation
    • Coordinate and adjust schedules as necessary for the efficient operation of the department
    • Achieve sales targets for bulk sales

    • 23 years sales experience in frontline sales in digital space media services
