• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry professionals
• Understand client needs and requirements to recommend appropriate construction interior fitout solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products and services
• Stay uptodate on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or interior design industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior fitout solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in Microsoft
