We are seeking a dynamic PTE Teacher Training Manager to join our team.

Being part of the Sales Operations and GTM team, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing training to teachers using one of our most successful products, PTE.


Main responsibilities:


  • Manage the online selfaccess PTEA teacher training course.
  • Update existing teacher training ppt decks and resources in line with upcoming test enhancements.
  • Establish a calendar of global webinar events for PTEA teachers and test takers.
  • Deliver PTEA webinars or identify guest speakers.
  • Develop and Deliver PEIC webinars as required by regions.
  • Support the PTE dedicated regional training leads in India and China and other ELL training specialists in other regions update them on test changes, facilitate their access to Research and Test Development teams, Quality Assure regionally developed resources and initiatives for appropriateness and consistency, facilitate best practice sharing across regions.
  • Work closely with the PTE Test Prep Manager and Course Test Prep Product roles.
  • Manage partner relationships where we have existing test preparation and teacher training courses in place with them and support new partnerships to grow PTE brand awareness.
  • Establish a framework/standards for a range of online and offline teacher training resources across the PTE test portfolio.
  • Develop and/or coordinate new training resources such as lesson plans, teaching tips, ppt training decks etc.
  • Establish Credly badging for online course and coordinate regional training badges
  • Create online course for PTE Core.
  • Quality assure the external Master Trainers used by regions and support further recruitment.
  • Create a community of practice amongst regional training leads and external trainers to foster knowledge and understanding and best practice.
  • Identify revenue generating opportunities for teacher training.
  • Establish KPIs to measure reach and impact of training activity.
  • Lead, coach and develop the training team that will be reporting into this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Training, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training, training or similar, to fully understand the theories and processes on training adults.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Techsavvy with familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and elearning tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality support.
