- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, bread, and desserts.
- Develop and test new recipes and presentations to enhance the bakery menu.
- Ensure proper measurement, mixing, and baking of ingredients.
- Decorate pastries and cakes using various techniques and artistic skills.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute bakery orders.
- Train and supervise pastry assistants and other kitchen staff.
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and equipment.
