Description

Our Client, a Diversified Group is looking to hire an Arabic Speaking Male HR Officer for their Exchange House in Abu Dhabi.

Graduates in HR with min 3-4yrs of UAE experience in HR Generalist Operations will be apt for the role. Prior experience with Exchange House will be a plus.


Main Responsibilities are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration or HR Management
  • With 5 years or more experience as HR generalist
  • Knowledgeable in UAE labor laws, pension and Emiratization.
  • Has experience processing payroll in UAE.
  • Experienced in all tasks related to HR administration/operations.
  • Possess a high level of English & Arabic communication skills both oral and written.
  • Problemsolver and has the initiative to identify continuous improvements in HR.
  • Experienced in Exchange house is an advantage.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week ( Sunday off only)
  • Male Arab Nationality
  • Salary bracket
  • AED 8,000/ to AED 9,000/
