Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medicalhistory, symptoms, and perform thorough hepatologicalexaminations
• Order and interpret diagnostictests, such as blood tests, imaging studies, and liverbiopsies
• Diagnose and treat various liverconditions, such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, and livercancer
• Develop individualized treatment plansfor each patient, including medication management and referrals forliver transplantation, if necessary
• Monitor andmanage complications associated with liver disease, such as ascitesand hepatic encephalopathy
• Collaborate withother healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care andensure optimal outcomes
• Stay updated on thelatest advancements and research in the field of hepatology throughcontinuous learning and professional development
  

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license topractice as a Specialist Hepatologist
• Provenexperience in diagnosing and treating various liverconditions
• Strong knowledge of hepatologyprinciples, practices, and treatmentoptions
• Expertise in interpreting diagnostictests, such as blood tests and imagingstudies
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients andcolleagues
• Detail-oriented mindset and abilityto prioritize and manage multiple casessimultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to workindependently and as part of a collaborativeteam
• Strong problem-solving andcritical-thinking skills to address complex hepatologicalissues
