Job Description
Under the direction and guidance of the Group Chief Clinical Officer,the Director – Physiotherapy Services provides strategic direction and leadership for all physiotherapy functions across NMC Healthcare facilities.The role is accountable for establishing group-wide standards protocols,and performance benchmarks to ensure safe effective,and evidence-based patient care.Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative leaders,the Director drives service excellence operational efficiency staff competency development,and compliance with national international accreditation standards.
