    The Role
    • ConductingMarket research and scouting to obtain market intelligence thatshould be necessary for understanding the competitors. Develop asales strategy with existing client database and Broker network toachieve sales goals. Establishing Building and developingRelationships with Broker agencies and customers through continuousfollow ups to establish repeated purchases and referrals.Presentation of the offplan projects to customers managing tasksrelated to contract negotiation and completion. Effectivelymanaging client enquiries concerns and objections. Prospecting Newclients in multiple acceptable methods and working hand in handwith Marketing team. Conducting project launches and regularcampaign announcements to clients. Conducting Sales with utmostquality in compliance to Policies and processes. Effective Leadmanagement. Promptly updating sales records and customer data insalesforce.
    Requirements
    • A bachelors degree holder. A minimumof 4 years experience as sales manager in Real Estate DevelopmentCompany. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customersatisfaction and achieving company objectives. Excellentorganizational skills attention to detail and the ability tomultitask Agility to problem solving and working effectively underpressure as both part of a team or independently Strong strategicand analytical approach Proficient typing and communications skillsboth Verbally and in written format. Fluent in English speaking andwriting additional language is a plus. Sound knowledge of MicrosoftOffice applications (including Excel and Outlook) CRM tools Properpresentation skills articulate and besuited to represent thecompany
