As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be ensuring the delivery of our brand promise and providing exceptional guest service at all times.

Handling guest and internal customer inquiries and complaints with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring we resolve issues satisfactorily. You will also assist to improve productivity and maximize profit while staying true to our brand promise.
