    Our clientspecializingin aerial hydraulic platforms is urgently recruiting qualified ahighly experiencedHireDeskSpecialistto beassigned in the DubaiOffice.

    KeyResponsibilities asfollows:
    • Collaborateclosely with rental desk teams to execute all tasks within the"rental cycle" encompassing transport logisticstelematics monitoring and hire desk operations administrationincluding account release requests with credit controlteam.
    • Ensuretimely and accurate data management by the rental desk team inplatforms such as Insphire/Netsuite and other agreedupon datamanagementtools.
    • Utilizeeffective communication channels (phone email verbal system) forboth internal and external machine rentalrelated requests adheringto correct processes to minimize waste andduplication.
    • Preparehire agreements and dispatch them to customers following up on hireagreements and LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) prior to machinedelivery.
    • Ensureall required rental documents including rental agreements deliverynotes/collection notes and LPOs are accurately completed filed andupdated in thesystem.
    • Handlecustomer inquiries promptly updating the customer inquiry log andliaising closely with commercial and technical staff for jobcoordination.
    • ScheduleIPAF training or familiarization sessions as required by clients oraccount managers filing completed familiarization certificatesafterward.
    • Provideoccasional reporting and KPIs to the operations manager pertainingto rental desk functions asneeded.
    • Monitorand communicate customer damage details to the technical team forthe creation of damage advice notes and customernotification.
    • Assistthe commercial team in achieving targets for rental revenue newcustomers acquisition ontime machine rentals inquiry generation andsystemdocumentation.
    • Coordinateand maintain Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback from each customerpostrental agreementcompletion.
    • Assistin gathering evidence and records for the Damage Claim processincluding photos damage reports advice notes and other relevantdocuments liaising with relevant team members asnecessary.
    • Conductcold calling to passive customers to win back/reactivate customeraccounts.


    Requirements

    • Candidatemust have experience in Sales administration or logistics withprofound knowledge of Excel functions like V look up sort pivottable basicformulas
    • Bachelorsdegree or diploma in engineering ormanagement.
    • Atleast 3 years of relevant experience in a relatedfield.
    • Demonstratedleadership and supervisoryskills.
    • Enthusiasticand selfmotivated individual capable of workingindependently.
    • Strongteam player with excellent communication and people managementabilities.
    • Proficientin negotiationtechniques.
    • Computerliterate with advanced proficiency in MS Officeapplications.
