VLAKAR Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in promoting our real estate services and generating leads through effective telephone sales techniques, as well as organizing property listings. This is a great opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients and follow up calls to generate leads and promote our real estate services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow up.
• Utilize scripts and sales strategies to deliver persuasive pitches and close deals.
• Keep accurate records of all sales and potential leads in our database.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Constantly stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide accurate information to potential clients.
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
