    • Shouldpossess subject matter knowledge about generalinsurance
    • Be able to work closely andeffectively with clients, helping them understand their insurablerisk exposures
    • Analyze and review aclient's insurance program design against the backdrop oftheir risk exposures, and prepare insurance audit reports /presentations where required.
    • Design suitableinsurance solutions where required for the client based onavailable market products locally andinternationally.
    • Should possess a goodknowledge of the insurance markets, insurer relationships, itsproduct offerings, and able to effectively present aclient's risk profile to invite insurers to quoteterms.
    • Negotiate pricing, and criticallyanalyze insurance quotes submitted by insurers to ensureconformance to the client'srequirements.
    • Preparing and presentinginsurance program proposals to clients, while conforming to strictdeadlines.
    • Undertake prompt administration ofthe client's insurance programme following placement,ensuring that their business operations are notimpacted.
    • Organize periodical, structuredclient meetings throughout the year to review performance, compileinsurance program reports and summaries where necessary for clientreviews.
