Description

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand electrical requirements for construction projects.
Develop and review electrical project plans, ensuring they comply with relevant codes and standards.
Lead and manage a team of electricians and electrical subcontractors.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
Provide guidance and support to the electrical team throughout the construction process.
Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Coordinate with quality control inspectors to ensure work meets quality standards.
Collaborate with other construction trades (e.g., civil, mechanical) to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems into overall construction projects.
Coordinate work schedules to minimize disruptions and conflicts with other construction activities.
Supervise the procurement of electrical materials and equipment.
Ensure that all materials meet specifications and quality standards
