- Manage the brands' social media accounts.
- Creating stories monthly content calendar by brand.
- Story highlights management & updates for all brands.
- Posting the daily stories on all platforms.
- Creative live coverage on the ground from the restaurants twice a week.
- Creating an influencer strategy for all brands.
- Maintaining communication with existing influencers and approaching new influencers for collaborations.
- Briefing the designer & photographers.
- Weekly benchmarking report for the competitor's social media accounts and content used.
- Monthly reports per brand covering the month performance for the page organic & sponsored ads across all social media platforms.
- Brand image maintenance on social media creating a positive WOM.
- Brands community management ensuring to reply to all DMs and comments within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- English copywriting for all brands.
- Passionate about brands and technology.
- Degree in Marketing or any equivalent alternative.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in social media.
- Proactive, honest, and trustworthy.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on his own as well as part of a team.
- Fully conversant with MS Office applications.
- An English speaker is a must.
- F&B background is a plus.
