    Position: CommercialManager

    Overview:

    TheCommercial Manager will take the lead in implementing sales andmarketing strategies for a company focused on theextraction of snake and scorpion venom and thedistribution of peptides toxins enzymes and proteins derived fromthese venoms. This position requires a comprehensive knowledge ofthe pharmaceutical and biotech sectors outstandingcommunication abilities and a solid history of success incommercialization and businessexpansion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sales and BusinessExpansion: Pinpoint and approach prospective clientspartners and markets for our products. Cultivate and sustainconnections with essential players such as pharmaceutical firmsresearch organizations and biotech companies. Manage thenegotiation process for contracts and agreements with clients toensure terms that benefit both parties.
    • Market Analysis and StrategicPlanning: Perform market research to detect trendsanalyze the competitive environment and uncover growthopportunities. Finetune the companys market position and uniqueselling proposition. Design and implement strategies for enteringnew markets and broadening the customer base.
    • Marketing and ProductPromotion: Work in tandem with the marketingdepartment to plan and execute compelling marketing campaigns andpromotional efforts. Produce marketing materials like brochurespresentations and digital content that highlight product benefits.Represent the company at industry events conferences andexhibitions to boost visibility and networking.
    • InterdepartmentalCollaboration: Collaborate with the research anddevelopment team to gain an indepth understanding of the scientificfoundation of product development. Ensure coordination withproduction and logistics to guarantee efficient product delivery toclients.
    • Sales PerformanceOversight: Establish sales goals and key performanceindicators (KPIs) that align with the companys financialobjectives. Evaluate sales outcomes using data to finetune salesapproaches. Report regularly to upper management on sales resultsand obstacles.
    • ClientRelationship Management: Serve as the primarycontact for major clients addressing their queries concerns andfeedback. Strive for outstanding customer service to foster durablerelationships conducive to repeatbusiness.

    • Sales Revenue and Growth:Surpassing sales targets for our products.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration MarketingBiology or a related discipline (Masters degree is aplus).
    • Demonstrated experience in salesbusiness development or similar roles within the pharmaceuticalvenom industry biotech or life sciences sectors.
    • Indepth knowledge of products and their applications inresearch medicine or related areas.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills forengaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills fornavigating complex market scenarios.
    • Analytical capabilities for interpreting sales data andmarket trends to guide decisionmaking.
