As Laundry Supervisor, we rely on you to:
Supervise the laundry operation of dry cleaning & washing section, pressing area, linen room or as designated
Monitor inventory supplies and ensure par stock levels are maintained
Maintain the Hotel quality and service standards when handling guest laundry/dry cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure that all machines are well maintained and in good working condition
Routinely perform daily laundry operation as required

We are looking for someone who:
Takes pride in being a hotelier
Enjoys interacting with people
Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests
Preferably has relevant experience with laundry operation in an international 5* hotel group
Is a self-starter and a team player
Has no fear of new challenge
