    We are looking for a driven, energetic, and coachable individual, to join our team as a Sales Development Executive for our SAAS HR Product.

    As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our product and helping businesses revolutionize their HR processes
    Our SAAS HR product offers a wide range of features that will empower HR Team to effectively manage Employee Records & Data, Attendance Tracking, Overtime Scheduling and Calculation, Leave Management, Payroll Processes, Gratuity and EOS Calculation, Employee Self Service Portal, Asset Management, Insurance Management,Recruitment & ATS, and HR-ESS Mobile app

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

    Your goal will be to create a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

    Qualifying and Nurturing Leads:
    Once you have identified potential clients, you will engage with them to understand their needs and pain points.

    By effectively communicating the value proposition of our SAAS HR Product, you will nurture these leads and move them through the sales funnel.


    Conducting Product Demonstrations:
    You will conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our SAAS HR Product.

    By highlighting how it can streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and drive employee engagement, you will help prospects understand the value it can bring to their organization.


    Building Strong Relationships:
    As a Sales Development Executive, building strong relationships with potential clients is key.

    You will establish rapport with decision-makers, understand their unique requirements, address any concerns they may have, and position yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

    Requirements

    Experience :


    We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in sales development, preferably within the HR or ERP Software industry.

    Your ability to identify and qualify leads, conduct effective prospecting, and close deals will be key to your success in this role.


    Qualifications:
    A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, we value practical experience and results above all else.
