• Operates the daily tasks and responsibilities set by management.
• Adhere to and monitor the Restaurant standard operating procedures
• Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence and encourage others.
• Demonstrates integrity and honesty at all times
• Ensure that all beverages are served in line with the recipes and right presentations methods are used.
• Minimize Operating Equipment Breakage and streamline an efficient resource and equipment flow
• Communicates with coworkers to smoothen up the daily tasks and responsibilities that need to be executed.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures, best practice and company policy.
• Involvement in training activities hereby ensuring that all the element which are expected are covered.
• Adhere to all KOA Canvas policies and procedures.
• Undertake any other workrelated tasks which may reasonably be required from time to time as requested by Management

• Minimum of 34 years waitstaff experience preferred
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fastpaced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Friendly and outgoing
• Comfort with noisy, highvolume atmosphere
