Key Responsibilities
-
Permit Management: Fluent in obtaining and managing permits through Trakheesi, ensuring all leasing activities are compliant with local regulations.

Property Listings: Responsible for conducting verified checks on Property Finder, ensuring all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and meet our quality standards.

Customer Relationship Management: Versed in using Salesforce to manage client interactions, maintain records of client communications, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Documentation: Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and any related documentation.

Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate viewings, open houses, and other leasing events.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Listing Administrator or similar role in Dubai.
  • Fluency in managing permits through Trakheesi is a must.
  • Experience with verified checks on Property Finder.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
