    Overview: To manage the teamof Sales Executives who are responsible for all eretailer accountrelationships by ensuring smooth distribution of the consumerproducts through efficient execution of online fundamentals inorder to achieve target sales for Transmed in the Ecommercechannel. Responsibilities:


    CustomerManagement

    Maintain astrong strategic business relationship with key stakeholders at thecustomer level to create a collaborative working relation andleverage those relationships to achieve companysobjectives

    Spot business building opportunitieson eretailers platform and recommend these internally to relevantstakeholders in order to address them and build the businessfurther

    Knowledge of key insights anddevelopments within the customer ahead of time and leveraging thesechanges to build the business

    Identifyopportunities around process improvements and suggest solutions inorder to improve efficiencies internally and externally

    Ensure customer scorecard is updated on monthly basis toidentify key insights in order to improve on key KPIs. Thescorecard should be shared internally and externally.

    Track joint service levels with the customer and ensureopportunities are identified and resolved (database managementstock management etc.)

    Ensure that receivablesare collected across eRetailers within the agreed payment terms inorder to sustain companys cash flow levels.

    Processing necessary documentation for all eRetailers such asaccount opening payment terms and GRV requests

    Manage stock bookings on JDE as per customerforecast.

    Monthly InitiativesAnd Business Plan

    Negotiateand secure budgets from category managers to participate incustomer events to grow brand sales.

    Create andshare initiatives across assigned eretailers on time as per thequarterly deployment plan and the calendar of events agreed withthe eretailers .

    Create campaign briefsoutlining a clear and detailed execution plan in order to achieve aperfect execution

    Ensure that all visibilityelements aligned in Transmeds Joint Business Plan with the customerare executed across all eRetailers by trackingfrequently.

    Spot Execution Gaps VS Agreementsin the eRetailers and communicate these to the customer in order toaddress them and build corrective action.

    Analyse each campaign / initiative based on the data received fromthe eretailers to measure the success of the campaign and shareopportunities leanings and insights with relevantstakeholders.

    ExecutingOnline Fundamentals

    EnsureSKUs across all brands are listed with the right content andvisibility across retailers in line with the brandsguidelines.

    Ensure online fundamentals aretracked on a daily basis to improving brand score via influencingeRetailers

    Qualifications:
    • GraduateDegree in Marketing / Management and / or related field.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales (2 years inEcommerce)
