Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or person
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Detailoriented and able to work independently with mínimal supervision

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- receptionist: 1 year (required)
