    • Develop a sales strategy toachieve organizational sales goals andrevenues.
    • Set individual sales targets withsales team.
    • Delegate responsibility forcustomer accounts to salespersonnel.
    • Co-ordinate sales action plans forindividual salespeople.
    • Monitor the activitiesand performance of the sales team.
    • Ensure salesteam have the necessary resources to perform properly &consistently.
    • Liaise with supportingfunctionalities to ensure achievement of salesobjectives.
    • Evaluate performance of salesstaff.
    • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthlysales revenue.
    • Analyse data to identify salesopportunities.
    • Cultivate effective businessrelationships with executive decision makers in keyaccounts.
    • Manage & control debtor& stock days within budget days.

    Required Skills To BeSuccessful

    • Minimum 3years of Sales Manager experience in theautomotive
    • Experienced in managing the salesoperations on a day-to-day basis
    • Experienced inmanaging a team
    • Excellent MS Office skills andSAP knowledge is an addedadvantage
