. Develop a needs assessment process & create an instructional design process with appropriate delivery methods and post-training evaluations. . Determine and maintain the knowledge necessary for the operation of ADVETI processes and assess the competence of staff that affects the performance and the quality systems. . Ensure that staff are competent on the basis of appropriate education, training and experience. . Recommend solutions for performance issues and potential areas of training. . Conduct training needs assessments and propose methods to close the performance gaps. . Oversee the complete training cycle. . Provide Support to and Advise managers new ways to resolve performance issues using the organization's performance management tools. . Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered. . Supervising the development of UAE National recruits in accordance with the approved work plans and mechanisms .
