Develop and maintain an IT strategic plan, participate in required Executive Operations CommitteesAssist in the development and maintenance of the annual IT expense and operational budgets.

Develop and maintain IT related documentation for hardware and software systems, IT related policies and procedures, and technology related workflow processes.

Ensures helpdesk support tickets are addressed as per incident management guidelines.
Follows established hardware and software approval processes with Director of Admin Operations.

Responsible for supervising the electronic health record Finance & HR system Network, Cameras (CCTV), Access Doors, Microsoft license, AMC agreement, and all servers and applications in ERADA Center.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar.
Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).5 years proven experience as an IT Supervisor or relevant position with at least 2 years within the UAE.Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
