To Attract, acquire and recruit applicants to a range of jobs within the company and to carry out all associated administration work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the company organization chart.
- Initiate and update the job descriptions for all jobs
- Maintain and update the salary scale and grading system by including new positions.
- Maintain and update vacancies list within the organization.
- Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
- Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
- Advertise all vacancies internally through internal notification, and externally through recruitment agencies, newspapers, Emirates Cab website and other suitable media.
- Receive and screen CVs, conduct telephonic interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and initiate applicants' shortlisted for next level interviews.
- Design and develop the selection processes and writing tests.
- Collection CV's.
- Sorting the CV's.
- Prepare the recruiting necessary formats such as and not limited (Personal information, Contract, Commission structure,etc,)
- Taking the necessary approval from the management.
- Preparing the offer letters.
- Hand over the necessary document for visa purpose to
PR Department with proper forms. - Follow up in daily bases with
PR Department for new visa issuing and sending daily report to
HR Manger. - Joining forms.
Responsible for maintaining system Orbits/SRTA for new entry.
