Female, English speaking- Strong leadership and communication skills
- With experience to train therapist for all treatments correctly and efficiently
- Coordinate with all suppliers and and handle product inventory
- Monitor daily and weekly schedules of the team.
- Minimum experience of 23 years in salon/spa industry
- Computer literate with salon software's
- Monitor sales performance and set targets for the team
- Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
- Ensure salon/spa cleanliness and safety
Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
