The concierge role is an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, ticket manager, hotel representative, and public relation agent. This service is delivered with politeness, efficiency, and friendliness as we aim to continually exceed our guest's expectations.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries to the full satisfaction of the guest.
  • To be knowledgeable of the hotel product and services, and the area in which the hotel is located.
  • To oversee operations of the bell section and transportation operations

Qualifications:

He / She must be able to communicate in English.
