• Conducting site analysis andsurveys to understand the topography, soil conditions, andenvironmental factors.
• Develop comprehensiveplans for landscape maintenance projects, considering factors suchas plant health, soil conditions, andclimate.
• Execute and manage the implementationof landscape maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to timelinesand budget constraints.
• Creating detailedlandscape plans, including hardscape and softscape elements,irrigation systems, and sustainable designpractices.
• Design, install, and maintainirrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution andconservation.
• Monitor and adjust irrigationschedules based on weather conditions and plantrequirements.
• Conduct regular inspections toensure the quality of landscape maintenance work, addressing anyissues promptly. Implement improvement strategies to enhance theoverall aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoorspaces.
• Integrating eco-friendly andsustainable practices into landscape designs, such as waterconservation and native plant UAE.
• Assist inthe development of project budgets, ensuring efficient use ofresources and materials.
• Monitor expendituresand recommend cost-effective solutions without compromisingquality.
• Staying updated on industry trends,regulations, and advancements in landscape architecture andengineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegree / Diploma in landscape, agriculture, civil engineering, or arelated field.
• Advanced degrees or professionalcertifications may bepreferred.
