- Develop and maintain acomprehensive social media strategy that defines how social mediamarketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility andtraffic across all brands and products.
- Definekey performance indicators and implement enterprise levelmeasurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gaugesuccess.
- Serve asday–to–day clientcontact.
- Support other team members asnecessary in order to complete clientprojects.
- Participate in client planningmeetings, brainstorming sessions, strategic planning sessions anddevelop communications plans forclients.
- Monitor media, social media platformsand create status reports.
- Produce drafts ofwritten materials, such as proposals, online media scan reports,summaries, live updates at events, presentations and other clientmaterials.
- Coordinate and execute meetinglogistics and events.
- Identify new businessopportunities.
