- Address all patient'sneeds and concerns and assist in scheduling appointments whererequired
- Triage patient issues and complaintsand provide resolution. Facilitate access to doctor as and whennecessary
- Help resolve issues between patientsand the health care provider and offer guidance to the patientswhere required while ensuring patient support and complaintsprotocols are followed
- Identify and developinitiatives to improve productivity and operationalefficiency.
- Assist in completion of postconsultation duties: including, but not limited to, issuingreferrals, arranging and tracking medication delivery, coordinatinglaboratory process etc.
- Supporting continuityof patient care
- Assist the doctors as needed toensure holistic patient care.
