    Our firm is seeking a highly motivatedand experienced Permanent Client Services Associate to join ourdynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to playa vital role in our financial services team, responsible forproviding top-notch client service and contributing to ourorganization's success. The ideal candidate will have asolid understanding of investment concepts, financial planning, andwealth management technology systems, coupled with a passion fordelivering exceptional customerservice.

    Responsibilities

    • Process new account applications in atimely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary documentationand compliance requirements are met.
    • Preparepresentations and materials for client meetings, demonstrating asolid understanding of the client's financial objectivesand our firm's investmentstrategies.
    • Perform various administrativeduties including maintaining client records, schedulingappointments, and coordinating communications between clients andour financial advisors.
    • Utilize MS Office tocreate reports, manage data, and assist in the preparation offinancial plans and investmentportfolios.
    • Respond to client requests promptlyand professionally, providing accurate information and solutions totheir inquiries and concerns.
    • Leverage wealthmanagement technology systems to enhance client relationships,improve service delivery, and support our firm's financialstrategies.
    • Stay updated with the latest trendsand developments in the financial services industry to provideinformed advice and service to our clients.

    Qualifications

    • Ideally 1-3 years of experience in aclient services role within the financial servicesindustry.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite,including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, andOutlook.
    • Solid understanding of financialplanning, investment concepts, and wealth management technologysystems.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong clientrelationships.
    • Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities, with a keen attention todetail.
    • Demonstrated ability to workeffectively both independently and as part of ateam.
    • A bachelor's degree in finance,business, or a related field is highlypreferred.
