Sales Manager / Real Estate ManagerJob Description:

  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team.
  • Work on sales scripts with agents.
Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.

  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
  • Plan and direct sales team training.
Control expenses and monitor budgets.


Requirements:


  • Must hold 610 Years of experience with Real Estate market within UAE.
  • Should have driving license and Car.
  • Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper work.
  • Should be able to join within short notice.

Salary:
From AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- management: 6 years (preferred)

- real estate: 6 years (preferred)
