Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Engage in client acquisition activities, including preparing and delivering product presentations, arranging meetings with potential clients like apartment and villa owners, new offices, hotels, etc., and understanding their requirements.


Sales Performance:
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, analyse market potential, track sales, and provide status reports.

Experience:
At least 3 years of sales experience in the same field in the UAE.

Skills:

A proven sales track record, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in client needs assessment, and effective sales closing abilities.


Driving License:
Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.
